Chess Scanner is your central platform for quickly and reliably digitizing handwritten chess games. Whether you want to analyze, share, or archive your games – Chess Scanner makes it easy to enter the digital chess world.
What is Chess Scanner?
Chess Scanner allows you to easily capture chess game scoresheets via app or web application. You can analyze the digitized games directly with Stockfish, export them as PGN files, or store them in your personal online database.
Since June 2023, the app has been available for Android ↗, and since December 2023 for iOS ↗. With the new web version, you can now conveniently access and process your games on your computer as well.
Our Vision
We want to make Chess Scanner the central hub for your chess games. The goal is not only to digitize and store games, but also to synchronize them across devices. This way, you can record a game in the app and continue analyzing it directly on your computer. In the future, we also plan to offer an API that allows you to programmatically access your games and the digitization technology.
